Yes! LIP DR products are packed full of ingredients that will enhance the effects of your filler and give them longevity.


What Is The Shelf Life Of LIP DR Products?
All LIP DR products have a shelf life of 12 months once opened and 24 months unopened. Remember to store them in a cool, dry place under 28 degrees and out of direct sunlight. Masks, however are 36 months unopened.

How Long Will My Order Take To Ship?

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of purchase.

Standard orders: 2-6 business days after time of dispatch for delivery.
Express orders: 1-3 business days after time of dispatch for delivery.

5-15 business (depending on country) days after time of dispatch for delivery.

How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with all your tracking information.

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.

All International orders are shipped via DHL.

Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?
Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order.

LIP DR accepts payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, AfterPay or credit card using Visa, Mastercard or Amex.

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Incorrect or Faulty Products
If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 7 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please contact our customer care team at hello@LIPDR.com.au and include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly. Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used. LIP DR does not take responsibility for the costs of returning the products.
